
Some men are worried about their penile size. Fillers Type 3 with lidocaine can increase the width with injection of 2-4 ml of the filler or more if needed on each side which achieves an enlargement of the penis thickness by about one inch.
Measurements and photos can be taken before and after the procedure. Fillers with lidocaine should be used. Some inject lidocaine 1-2% at the site of injection but this may not be necessary.
Common contraindications
1. Infection on the skin of the penis
2. Local skin eczema
3. Blood disorders as low platelets
4. Coagulation deficiency cases as haemophilia
5. Patients on high dose of anti-coagulants
6. Cancer cases
7. Unrealistic expectations.
8. Severe obesity
9. Phimosis which inability to retract the foreskin.
